Accounting and Financial Reporting

We will utilize a comprehensive accounting and reporting systems to track repair and maintenance labor costs, material costs, and third-party contracted services. This system will also track our preventive maintenance program, such as filter changes, lubrications, systematic inspections, adjustments, replacement of components, efficiency testing, and performance analysis.
