Prior to accepting any leasing assignment, our team will review goals with the owner, analyze the vacancy and develop a marketing and leasing strategy that best fits the property. All representatives of our leasing team have been cross trained in other departments within the Duckworth organization such as property management which adds value to the leasing effort. The team meets weekly to discuss the status of each listing. The leasing team remains in contact, through phone email and face to face, with all of the active tenants in the market. Our regional network of real estate contacts not only keep a finger on the pulse of the marketplace, but also comprise its leadership base. Our hand on approach to leasing is often the result of higher occupancy and a higher NOI for your property.
