In 2004, Duckworth Realty, Inc., began restoration to restore the Electric Building, a historical landmark located in Jackson, Mississippi, to its original 1930 facade. The project consisted of a total renovation of the 10-story building. The interiors of the office building were redesigned as a multi-use facility offering upscale offices and housing. The top two floors were turned into luxury apartments for lease with amenities and services equivalent to those offered at affluent boutique hotels. A roof-top terrace offers views of St. Andrews Episcopal Cathedral, the Governor's Mansion, and the State Capitol Building.
