Ted Duckworth – President

Ted J. Duckworth is Co-Manager of TDLDC, and President and CEO of Duckworth Realty, Inc. Ted has been the architect of the company's recent growth into development projects and has provided a vision for the company's downtown revitalization efforts in Jackson, Mississippi. This vision carries over into the overall company philosophy of making a difference in the community where we live and work. His $16 million renovation of the mixed-use Electric 308 Building in 2005 sparked an interest in downtown development and created an atmosphere of energy in the downtown market.

Ted has coordinated the acquisition of multiple investment properties throughout the southeast totaling over $150 million. The transactions have allowed Duckworth Realty to expand its operations across the region, with projects located in Jackson, Shreveport, Baton Rouge, Mobile, Pensacola, Gulf Breeze and Atlanta.

Ted is a recognized leader of economic development in Metro-Jackson. He has served as Chairman of The Board of Downtown Jackson Partners which manages the Central Business District, and on the Downtown Strategic Plan for the City of Jackson. He currently also serves as President of the Eastover Neighborhood Association.

Breck Hines – Executive Vice President and Principal

Breck Hines is Co-Manager of TDLDC, and Executive Vice President & Principal of Duckworth Realty. Breck manages the acquisition and development arms of the business, from new project identification and underwriting to negotiations, due diligence, financing and closing, and in partnership with Ted has purchased or developed over $35 million in commercial properties since 2005. In addition, Breck serves in the asset management role for several of the Company's properties. As a Broker Associate, Breck also provides leasing and third-party brokerage services to select clients across Mississippi, having represented landlords and tenants in over $135 million of leasing transactions.

Prior to teaming up with Ted in 2005, Breck was an Acquisition Analyst with Parkway Properties, Inc., an NYSE-traded Real Estate Investment Trust. During that time, his acquisition team underwrote and closed multiple office property acquisitions in Phoenix, AZ. totaling 583,000 square feet and valued at over $85 million. At Parkway, Breck also served as manager/broker of several office and industrial properties in Jackson, MS and New Orleans, LA, including Parkway's corporate headquarters at One Jackson Place. Assets under management totaled 430,000 square feet with a value over $40 million. Breck intensified Parkway's third-party leasing, management and investment brokerage business, and in 24 months closed over $30 million in real estate transactions.

John Michael Holtmann – Vice President

John Michael Holtmann joined Duckworth Realty in 2006. As Vice President of Brokerage, his experience and services offered to clients include Class A and B Office Leasing, Medical Office Leasing Retail Tenant Representation / Corporate Services, Investment Sales, and Distressed Asset Stabilization. A partial list of clients represented include: Lone Star Funds, Vowell’s Marketplace, SIMON, Kroger, Hertz Investment Group, Health Management Associates (HMA), Brookshire Grocery Company, Potter and Sims Foods, Associated Wholesale Grocers, CarMax, and Comcast. John Michael currently oversees a leasing and sales portfolio totaling approximately 1,700,000 Square Feet. In the last 24 months, he has closed over $20 million in real estate transactions. In 2012, CoStar Group (NASDAQ:CSGP) recognized John Michael as one of the top Commercial Brokers in the Jackson MSA, in two statistical categories. In addition, John Michael manages the leasing for all company owned/managed/leased retail properties and is a Principal in various properties within the portfolio.

John Michael is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers where he serves on the ICSC NEXT GENERATION Mississippi/Alabama Committee. He also serves as a member of the Phoenix Club of Jackson, which is a strong provider of funding and volunteer services to the Boys and Girls Club of Central Mississippi.

He is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a BBA in Business Management with a Real Estate emphasis. Additionally, he has currently completed courses C101, C102 and C103 towards obtaining his CCIM designation.

Annette Rayburn – Asset Manager

Annette joined the Company in 2010 as an Asset Manager, and currently oversees the management of approximately 640,000 square feet of office space. Annette brings with her a strong background in Property Management, Asset Management, Real Estate Sales and Marketing and Real Estate Development.

In 1980 Annette began her career in the Jackson, Mississippi market with the H. C. Bailey Companies, one of the largest commercial and residential developers in Jackson. As an employee of this group of companies, she has worked in various capacities including Director of Sales and Marketing for Summertree Land Company, Managing Broker for H. C. Bailey Real Estate and Asset Manager for Commercial Properties for Security Savings and Loan. Her job as Asset Manager focused on the management of distressed apartment communities and office buildings. Her responsibilities included the oversight of the daily operations of the properties and in some cases oversight of the renovations of the properties. In this capacity she oversaw a portfolio of properties in Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, and Texas. Before relocating to Jackson, she was active in the real estate market in Atlanta, Georgia. Her responsibilities in Atlanta included Brokerage of a Real Estate Sales office, land development and construction management. She has also been associated with the Bryan Company as Manager of the Property Management Division which managed apartment communities owned by the Company in Mississippi and Tennessee.

Annette is a Realtor and member of the Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors, the Multi-family Council of Mississippi, the Home Builders Association of Jackson, Home Builders Association of Mississippi and the National Association of Homebuilders. For the past five years she has been a member of the Board of Trustees for the Home Builders Institute which is the workforce training arm of the National Association of Homebuilders. Annette is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a licensed Residential Contractor in Mississippi and a HUD Certified Home Buyer Education Instructor.

Annette is a native Mississippian and currently lives in Learned with her husband, Bobby. They are members of the First Presbyterian Church in Learned, Mississippi

Mike Weeks, CPA – Controller

Mike joined Duckworth Realty in January 2012 as Controller, in which he oversees all accounting functions for the Company including development, acquisitions, and financial reporting. Michael is responsible for all Human Resource functions including payroll, insurance, and all other benefits.

Prior to joining Duckworth, Michael spent the last 14 years in commercial real estate at Parkway Properties, Inc. (NYSE: PKY), a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). As a Senior Accounting Manager at Parkway Properties, Michael was primarily responsible for budgeting and forecasting, lease administration, accounting training, and detailed and analytical review and variance analysis for 10+ office properties. While at Parkway, Michael was also exposed to financial accounting for corporate level entities, preparing monthly consolidated financial reporting packages for management, SEC reporting, and cash management.

In 1990, Michael received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Delta State University. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, especially snow skiing vacations in Colorado and Utah. Michael and his wife, Tiffany, have two sons, Michael and Matthew, who are actively involved in service at Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Madison, MS.

Bobby Neighbors – Director Of Technical Services

Bobby joined Duckworth Realty in 2009 as Director of Technical Services. Bobby brings a strong background in all facets of operations and construction of commercial properties.

Bobby began his career in facility management in 1987 with H.C. Bailey Management. He managed and maintained 300,000 square feet of commercial property including preventative maintenance, tenant customer service, emergency operations, vendor contracts and building equipment.

In 1993, Bobby joined Parkway Properties, a self administered real estate investment trust. He started at Parkway Properties as a facility manager of 220,000 square feet of commercial property.

He advanced to the corporate office with the Technical Services Department. He managed construction projects from inception, design, project estimating, bids per specification and negotiated national contracts. Projects consisted of office buildings, parking garages and historical properties ranging from $2 million to $40 million in budget. Bobby also trained management personnel in building operations including emergency operations and life safety.

Bobby’s professional education includes BOMI Preventative Maintenance, Refrigeration Systems and Accessories, Electrical and Illuminations. He also completed the Servidine Chillers Preventative Maintenance course.

Bobby resides in Flowood, where he attends Pinelake Church with his fiancée Kimberly. His daughter Lauren attends Mississippi State University.

Dawn Miller – Senior Property Manager

Dawn joined Duckworth Realty in 2008 as Property Manager and currently oversees the management of approximately 257,000 square feet of office space, some of which includes residential, and 130,000 square feet of retail space.

Dawn began her career in property management in 1995 with Parkway Properties, Inc., a NYSE-traded Real Estate Investment Trust in Jackson, where she served as Property Administrator for four years at Parkway’s corporate headquarters, One Jackson Place, and later served as Assistant Property Manager for nine years. During this time, she assisted with the daily operations of a 267,700 square foot office building and third party buildings consisting of 228,388 square feet.

Dawn was heavily involved in the training of new managers and property administrators while with Parkway. She received her real estate license in 2007 and has been a member of BOMA since 2003 where she currently serves on the board

Dawn currently lives in Madison with her husband, Mark, along with their three children, Drew, Brooke and Lane.
